 Give yourself this opportunity to deeply relax and experience yoga, the sun and the sea.

Registration Details

Your Retreat includes:

• Twice daily yoga practices
•  Daily guided meditations
• Welcome Belizean dinner on the first night.
• All accommodations and nourishing gourmet meals, made with fresh local & organic produce (vegetarian and vegan options).
• Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, use of  pool, beach access with beach chairs, all yoga facilities, yoga mats and props.
• Drumming & Chanting Ceremony.
• To/From airfare Belize City  International Airport to San Pedro with Tropic Air.
• Hotel tax and Service Fees.

Extras:

Airfare to Belize (Participants should try to schedule arrival into Belize City no later then 3pm to make the connecting flight with TropicAir to San Pedro. Last flight goes at 5:40pm. On departure day, flights start leaving San Pedro every hour from 6am-8am and then every half hour after 8:00am)

Transportation to/from Ak’bol to San Pedro ( land taxi:$15-17USD one way, paid directly to driver)

ISLAND CHIC PRIVATE CABANAS

(Limited – early reg. suggested for these cabanas). Woven thatched ceilings, soothing river rock flooring and mosiac countertops. In the traditional “old school” style, windows are plantation shuttered and accordion front doors open to the sea leading out to your private bush-stick front porch. Carved mahogany sinks with conch shell faucets keep you in the present island moment. Queen beds feature warrior wood headboards with mosquito netting and storage underneath. For students who know they are not going to be in their room all day!……Gorgeous private rooms, single or double in a Maya inspired three-story building positioned on the lagoon. Rooms have soothing tones with large windows with views of the sunsets, mangroves and  birds  and a beautiful breeze. Shared bath and shower areas with natural light, hand carved mahogany wooden sinks and conch shell faucets,   bamboo rain showers and private toilets…. Stephanie Cullen, RYT500, E-RYT200

Through Stephanie’s many years of practice; the one thing she has learned is that every moment, every day and every posture is new again…..each breath creates a new experience.  It is never complete, it is always evolving, She is forever transforming and learning. Stephanie’s personal experience with yoga has shown her that it has a profound impact on every aspect of our being and  helps us blossom into our most beautiful and complete selves both on and off the mat.

Through her teaching she hopes to touch the hearts of her students and to introduce them to a place of bliss. A place where they can grow and be their true authentic self. In her classes you will experience a fun-loving kaleidoscope of yoga with artful alignment and creative flows.

Stephanie is inspired by many strands of yoga such as Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin and Restorative. She is certified yoga teacher and has received her 500hour professional training through Gaiatri Yoga.  For over the past 10 years Stephanie has led classes, workshops and retreats within Canada and internationally.
